These terms govern your use of the BetMax platform. Please read them before registering or placing a bet. They are written in plain language so every Pakistani player can understand exactly what they are agreeing to — no legal jargon left unexplained.

Each player is permitted exactly one BetMax account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason created — will result in both accounts being suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings held pending investigation.
All transactions on BetMax — deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency conversions are applied by the platform at any stage of a transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with BetMax. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. BetMax reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend access to an account until satisfactory evidence is provided. Any account where a player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately, all balances returned to the original deposit method (minus any winnings generated), and the case referred to the relevant authorities.
BetMax is operated for and made available to players located in Pakistan. You confirm that you are a resident of Pakistan and that accessing the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your location. BetMax is not responsible for players who access the platform in breach of local restrictions applicable in their territory.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your BetMax account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Each individual player is permitted one BetMax account at any time. BetMax employs verification systems to detect duplicate accounts linked by device, payment method, IP address, or identity documents. If duplicate accounts are detected, BetMax will close all but the original account, forfeit bonus balances across all accounts, and may withhold winnings pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetMax username, password, and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. BetMax will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect your BetMax account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BetMax support immediately at support@betmax.click. BetMax will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the review takes place. Any bets or transactions made while you claim unauthorised access occurred will be reviewed against the available evidence.
BetMax is required to verify player identities to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You will be required to provide copies of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie at registration or before your first withdrawal — whichever comes first. Additional documentation may be requested for larger transactions. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
BetMax will never ask for your full password or PIN via email or chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.
BetMax accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.
BetMax processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals in under 60 seconds for fully verified accounts, 24 hours a day. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within 2–4 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. BetMax does not impose any withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply independently of BetMax.
BetMax applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. If your original payment method is no longer accessible, contact BetMax support to request an alternative, which may require additional identity verification.
You may cancel a withdrawal request while it is in a pending status by contacting BetMax support. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed by BetMax. Funds returned to your BetMax wallet due to a cancelled withdrawal are available for immediate use on the platform.
BetMax imposes no platform-level maximum daily deposit limit for verified accounts in good standing. However, BetMax reserves the right to apply risk-based deposit controls to specific accounts where unusual activity is detected. Self-imposed deposit limits can be set at any time through the responsible gaming section of your BetMax account dashboard.
New BetMax players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more are eligible for the 150% welcome bonus up to Rs 30,000. The bonus is credited automatically to your BetMax wallet. The bonus amount and any winnings generated from it are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. The current wagering multiplier is displayed on the promotions page at the time of opt-in.
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date. Progress is tracked in your BetMax account under "Bonus Status". Different games contribute at different percentages toward meeting the requirement — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate. BetMax monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine play, coordinated play between accounts, and withdrawing immediately after meeting the minimum requirement through matched betting. BetMax reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions are published on the BetMax promotions page and may carry individual terms. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.
A bet is accepted by BetMax when you receive confirmation of the bet in your BetMax account history. Bets submitted but not confirmed — due to technical issues, odds change, or market suspension — are not valid. The minimum stake on any sports market is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by event and market type and are displayed on the BetMax bet slip before confirmation.
Bets on BetMax are settled as soon as the relevant result is confirmed from an official source. For cricket, the official scorecard from the relevant cricket board is used. For football, the governing body's official result is applied. Any obvious errors in settlement will be corrected by BetMax once identified, regardless of whether correction benefits or disadvantages the player.
If a sporting event is abandoned before reaching a point where a result can be determined, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. For in-play bets already settled before abandonment, the settled result stands. Events postponed by less than 24 hours and subsequently completed are settled on the actual result.
BetMax applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits are communicated on the platform and may be adjusted by BetMax at any time. If a player's potential winnings on an event exceed the published maximum, BetMax will reduce the accepted stake accordingly before confirmation.
BetMax reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed failure. Errors that are "obviously too good to be true" relative to the prevailing market price at the time of the bet are subject to void, even if the original bet was confirmed. BetMax will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.
All BetMax casino games — including live dealer Andar Bahar, Aviator, card games, fishing games, and virtual sports — use independently audited RNG technology or certified live dealer operations. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by the platform. Certified payout rates and RTP (Return to Player) figures are available in each game's information panel within the BetMax interface.
In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted session, or disconnection during a live casino game on BetMax, the affected round will be resolved based on the recorded server state at the time of the interruption. If the server state cannot be recovered, the round stake will be returned to the player's wallet. Winnings from a fully completed round stand regardless of post-round disconnection.
Live dealer games on BetMax follow the standard rules of the relevant game as implemented by the studio provider. The dealer's word and on-screen resolution are final for that hand or round. If you believe a live dealer error has affected a round's outcome, you may raise a dispute via support within 24 hours of the round's completion.
BetMax operates as an entertainment platform and expects all players to use it honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeit of funds, and potential legal referral:
BetMax employs advanced fraud detection systems. Attempts to circumvent platform rules will be identified and acted upon, often before the player is aware that a review has begun.
BetMax collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors and KYC service providers acting on BetMax's instructions to fulfil platform operations.

BetMax provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetMax's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
BetMax is not liable for: losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's end; losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; or any claim arising from the player's breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits BetMax's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
BetMax reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetMax will notify players via the registered email address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. If you disagree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance before the change takes effect.
Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of any party — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
